HOW CAN I BOOK AN ONLINE CLASS?

- You can choose your class option, send me a message, and we will schedule our appointment(s). I will send you a quote for the payment, and then my Skype or Zoom details, and we will be able to start upon the reception of the payment.

- You can choose your class option, pay through the links on the website, and I will contact you to schedule our lesson(s) and provide all necessary details.

All online classes must be paid in advance.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR A CLASS?

- Payments can be made through PayPal or by bank transfer. Upon receiving your online payment (instant for Paypal, 2-4 days for bank drafts) I will provide a receipt by email.

- For group classes, the first class can be paid separately, in advance. Beginning from the second class, an advanced payment of 6 weeks is required.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

- Individual classes that are cancelled within 24 hours of the lesson start time cannot be refunded.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you would like to reschedule, so as to allow me to offer your slot to another student.

- Group members that are absent for a class will receive the video recording of the missed class, as well as all notes and exercises. Refunds will however not be issued, unless more than half the members give notice of an absence at least 24 hours in advance.

Refunds will not be issued for 2-members groups, unless both members give notice of an absence at least 24 hours in advance.

- If I have to cancel a class, a full refund will be issued to you, or it will not be deducted from your credit in the case of advanced payment for a number of classes.

Yes, I issue invoices by email.

DO YOU OFFER GROUP CLASSES?

Yes, I offer online classes for small groups: for any request, please contact me here.

WHAT LANGUAGE DO WE SPEAK DURING LESSONS?

Depending on your chosen class, French or Italian will be used as much as possible during our sessions. I will use English, or your mother tongue if you're French or Italian, should you encounter any difficulties during more technical explanations, or if you're a complete beginner.

AT WHAT TIME ARE CLASSES AVAILABLE?

Classes are available on weekdays and on weekends, in the mornings, afternoons, or evenings.

WHAT DO I NEED FOR OUR LESSONS?

It's always a good idea to have something to write on! For online lessons, it is advisable to be able to access Skype or Zoom, even though Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp classes can be organized if necessary.

Any textbook you may have can also be useful, though not essential. If you'd like to purchase a textbook, I can give you some advice during the first lesson.
